Silver walks to meet voters

Many mornings and evenings you will find Democratic candidate Deborah Silver walking around neighborhoods and talking to people about important issues in Idaho. Deborah is running for the Idaho Senate seat in Legislative District 24.

On this particular day she had already walked two miles, which shows her dedication.

Deborah is a Jerome county native and proud mother of two adult children-both graduates of Twin Falls High School and the University of Idaho. She graduated from Boise State University in 1979 with a Bachelor’s degree. Her husband of 38 years is LeRoy Hayes. They have been partners in Hayes & Silver CPAs in Twin Falls since 1985. They enjoy fly fishing, ballroom dancing and are the caretakers of two cats.
